Our average turnaround time for 1 or 2 pieces is around 7 to 10 working days (allow 3 days more for breastmilk pieces) once we have all your inclusions to hand, designs confirmed and start production. (weekends & bank holidays are not counted as working days)
Larger orders may take slightly longer, and allowances must be made for any third-party delivery delays that are out with our control.

All orders will be sent out by Dpd as I believe this is the best option for it to reach you safely and quickly. Items are tracked every step of the way from me to you and they have a good insurance option. The cost of this will be covered by Beside Me Always.
How much inclusion do you need?
How much inclusion do you need?
For ashes we only require a teaspoonful so that we have the choice of pieces and amounts to use depending on the style of the jewellery item but will do our best to work with whatever you have if it is minimal.
Anything not used will of course be returned.
For Hair we require a small bunch/snippet of at least 10cm length if possible but will do our best to work with whatever you have if it is minimal.
For breastmilk we require a minimum 30ml sample if possible and again will do our best if there is less than this available although we won’t be able to work with less than 5ml. We are unable to store breastmilk for return so any excess will be disposed of.
For umbilical cord only a small fingernail sized piece is needed to work with but will do our best to work with whatever you have if it is minimal. .
Fabric is flexible as only a tiny amount is required for jewellery pieces so you can simply send a piece about the size of a 10p or less if it is minimal.

How do I care for my jewellery?
How do I care for my jewellery?
Most of our items are suitable for day-to-day wear, however, some of our rings include delicate pave set stones which can become loose over time, these items are recommended for occasion wear only. This will be specified within the jewellery description. While we advise you to polish your silver jewellery, please avoid using silver polish or polishing cloths directly on the resin area. This area will buff clean without the use of polish. To keep your jewellery looking its best, please remove it whilst using harsh chemicals, applying perfume or lotions, swimming, showering or bathing or sunbathing.

What happens if I damage the jewellery?
What happens if I damage the jewellery?
If the damage is only superficial scratches, this can usually be fixed by casting a new layer of resin over the existing layer. If the damage is more extreme it may need to be totally recast in which case we would need you to send more of your original inclusion items. Any charges for this will be dependent on the work involved and can be quoted for at the time. We cannot be held liable for any damages caused by the wearer or for any CZ stone loss from jewellery, a jeweller will be able to replace and reset CZ stones for you.
