All orders will be sent out by DPD as I believe this is the best option for it to reach you safely and quickly. Items are tracked every step of the way from me to you and they have a good insurance option. The cost of this will be covered by Beside Me Always.
Our Promise
At Beside Me Always, every piece is made with love, care, and meaning. I carefully check each order before it's created, after it's made, and again before it’s packaged, so you receive a piece that’s perfect.
As each item is handcrafted and personalised, returns are only accepted if:
The item is faulty or damaged
The item does not match your order
Returns
Please check your jewellery upon arrival.
If you believe something is wrong, email me at help@besidemealways.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description
Your order name or number
If something has slipped past my checks, I’ll do everything I can to put it right.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to help if more than 30 days have passed.
Refunds
Refunds are only possible if your order is cancelled before I begin work on your piece.
To cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Due to quick turnaround times, I may begin your piece shortly after you place your order, so don’t delay if you change your mind.
