ORDERING PROCESS

1. Choose & Personalise
Browse our website and select the jewellery you love. Each item has drop-down options allowing you to personalise your order, including:

Inclusion type

Resin or opal colour

Inclusion placement

Inclusion kit (if needed)

Additional notes (optional)

2. Checkout
Once you’ve made your selections, simply add to cart and proceed to checkout.
We accept: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Klarna, Clearpay, and more.

3. Sending Your Inclusions
Please do not send all of your loved one’s ashes, hair, or other inclusions—send only a small amount to avoid loss in transit.

If you've requested an inclusion kit, we will post it within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive it back, you’ll be notified via email or text.

4. Questions or Changes?
If you have any questions or want to confirm something, write it in the notes section.
We will always contact you before starting your piece if anything needs discussed.
Prefer to talk? Just request a phone call.

Not quite ready to proceed? That’s okay—we’re happy to hold off until you’re sure of your choices. However, once your piece is started, no further changes can be made.

5. Production & Delivery
Once we receive your inclusions and confirm details, we begin crafting your jewellery.

In-stock items: usually dispatched within 7–10 days

Made-to-order or gold items: may take longer depending on supplier availability

We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays due to suppliers or couriers. While we aim to meet the quoted timescale, by placing your order you acknowledge there may be occasional unforeseen delays.

We use DPD Next Day Tracked shipping for speed and quality and its FREE.
