I just received my bat necklace and I am even more happy than I thought I would be. It is perfection. Beautiful. Thank you so much. Dad must approve to as 'I was Born To Love You' by Queen came on the radio as I was opening it. We used to argue which Freddie was best, 80s or 70s. His 80s Freddie won this time. A first class service with excellent communication and genuine warmth and kindness. The presentation box and all the little lovely gestures in it left me beyond words. Thank you so much Angela. This was a gift chosen by my granddaughter for her birthday who wanted to keep her grandad close. She picked the pendant herself from a big choice and it suits her style and helps her remember him in her own special way. She loves it and couldn't wait to wear it. So pleased with the service Angela gave to us and the communication from her every step of the way. I also ordered a pendant for myself that I could wear everyday and will review that separately.
